Open Question: What to do after you finished downloading a torrent? HELP idk hardly anything about computers?

I have NEVER used anything torrent related before and i downloaded utorrent today because i want to get a Sims 3 Expansion Pack. Once utorrent downloaded onto my windows computer, i went to Pirate Bay and found a torret called "The.Sims.3.Late.Night-RELOADED-[tracker.BTARENA.org" and i clicked "get torrent file" below and i downloaded it and the name of it popped up on the utorrent list and downloaded in about an hour (i dont care how long it takes). Its says it downloaded 100% and has 2.998 availability. What do I do now? Thats as far as i have gone because i have absolutely no idea what to do now. Please explain to me what i have to do now. I dont know anything much about computers, so explain how to do it as if i was like your grandma or a little kid or something and be as specific and detailed as possible. And dont even bother saying anything about how downloading that stuff is illegal or immoral or anything that doesnt help at all becasue i do not care. i wouldnt have gone through all this trouble to stop now if my "morals" got in the way....
